Dinner under the stars is the best way to celebrate this beautiful season. It is most important to create the right atmosphere. The exterior of the home is often overlooked in the winter, but in the summer it becomes essential to enliven it with complementary furniture and plenty of greenery. Use your imagination freely to create gorgeous atmospheres to welcome your guests superbly. Eating outdoors gives us the opportunity to set the table with plays of colors and natural elements such as leaves, aromatic herbs etc. It goes without saying that, whatever style you choose, it should complement the surrounding environment and the items on the dinner menu. So, for a barbecue, you could use natural elements and a checkered tablecloth reminiscent of Alpine refuges. For a seafood dinner, you can opt for tablecloths and crockery in shades of blue and white. Or instead of a tablecloth, you could use place mats and embellish the table with glass containers filled with colored sand and candles. For a shabby-chic touch you could roll up the napkins and tie them with a colored RAPHIA. To make the chairs more comfortable, provide soft colored pillows of different sizes. Lighting is indispensable for creating the right atmosphere. If you have a pergola or a gazebo you can use light garlands, or you can opt for romantic candles (including the ever useful mosquito-repellent ones). If you want to impress your guests, you could create a placeholder with aromatic jars as a welcome gift upon their arrival.
